Life Changes

I know I say this every time but it has sure been a while. Where has the time gone. Being a mom has changed my life so much more than I expected. I love being a mom and watching my daughter grow every day. I do want her to stay small though. She is growing up so fast.

I can't believe it is February 1, 2012. Where did 2011 go and January. Time surely flies. Things will be here before we know it:
- 1 day until Aubriella is 4 months
- 9 days until my 10 year anniversary since we started dating.
- 11 days until Valentines Day
- 140 days until my 4 year anniversary
- 148 days until I turn 27
- 170 days until vacation
- 244 days until Aubriella turns 1
- 327 days until Christmas

Time surely does fly.

Lets see what has changed in my life.
- I am no longer at my hair cutting job where I was assistant manager. I was working there and at Dunkin Donuts still, with crazy hours, barely any sleep and never seeing my little pumpkin or husband. It is for the best to find something where I can still have somewhat of a life and my world not have to completely revolve around work. Unfortunately the company believed work comes before family which is not the case in my life.
- I am still working at Dunkin Donuts a few days a week just for some extra money. I am looking for a full time job that is more stable with possible benefits.
- I can live without sleep. I use to sleep all the time but now I've learned to run on less hours of sleep. I may get more crabby but it happens.
- My car is almost payed off. I have one more payment. Yippee.
- We got a puppy. Well a dog, just small. He is two years old named Nicky. A family friend had to get rid of him due to moving arrangements and all the no kill shelters in the area are full. I am a sucker. So far he is doing pretty good. He has only eaten a few things. We are just getting use to having to let him out and what what we leave laying around. Nicky is a minature doberman pincher

- I use to be a neat freak. Having a baby who wants to be held or played with makes it hard at times to get things done. Dishes get left in the sink, clothes don't get put away, the floors don't get sweep. and OMG it hasn't killed me yet.
- I will leave the house with no make-up on. I am not a big whole face make-up girl anyways. I normally only do my eyes: eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara. Now I have no problem leaving without any on. Half the time if I don't work my hair isn't done just up in a pony tail.

Rough Week

Oh the joys of being pregnant with hypermesis. After a long weekend, this week so far has been pretty rough on me. Monday I had sore legs and feet from doing to much on Sunday. Tuesday I was just lazy. Today I am back at getting sick and just sleeping all day trying to keep food and water down so I don't end back up in the hospital.
I'll post later on my weekend adventures. For now I'll leave you with a picture of my lazy house cat. He decided to climb up the sleves in the basement and lay on top of the air conditioning ducting.

Random Saturday

My new food obession is Wendy's natural cut fries with sea salt. I wasn't a huge fan of their old fries but I am in love with their new ones. If you haven't tried them you really should.

Also this is my 300th post. I can't believe I have done that many posts already.

Sleep

Last night I worked until 9, came home and tried to fall asleep early but that didn't happen. I have been up since  4am, had to be to work at 5. Worked at Dunkin Donuts from 5 am to noon. Then came home for a few. Had to work at Great Clips from 2 to 9. I have also been feeling under the weather all this week. I would be perfectly content with sleeping all day tomorrow but that isn't going to happen. Have to work again and a christmas party. I'm happy I only have to work both jobs on the same day 2 times a week if that.

Random Saturday

I have become obessed in this movie. In the last week I have watched it 5 times. This is my new favorite go to chic flick movie. If you haven't seen Leap Year you really should watch it.

Falling Trees

Today I was suppose to sleep in. Have a lazy morning until I have to go to work this afternoon. Tomorrow is gonna be crazy busy tiring long day. I have to get up at 4 am to be to my one job at 5 am until 11. Come home for 2 hours then work my other job from 2 to 9. It really is going to be a long day.
Well sleeping in didn't happen. I was woken up this morning by a big crash. I grabbed my phone and ran down the stairs to see my christmas laying down and two suspicious cats walking around it. I then called my dad to see if he could come over and help me stand it back up. He came over and helped me clean up the mess. We also tied up the tree to hopefully prevent it from being knocked over again.

Luckily only two ornaments broke. 1 shattered and I have no idea where I got it from the other one is fixable. The beads need to be restrung and ornaments placed back on, but that won't be done until this weekend.

Yesterday we got our first snow of the season. I am so excited.

p.s. I found my camera. I had left it in my husbands truck.

finally gone

I have just spent the last 24 hours trying to get rid of a computer virus that my husband got from an app on facebook. We have both used this app before and never had any problems. I am glad it is finally gone.

The Kitty Did It

I am blaming these two. They may look cute and cuddly and loving. But they have it out for me.

My basal thermometer is missing. It is no where to be found. I always leave it on my night stand but I haven't had it since Sunday morning. I have decided that my kitties don't want me to get pregnant. They are both such attention seekers they don't want to share my affection with anyone else. Sorry to burst their bubbles I am going to buy a new basal thermometer before work, so I can start temping again in the morning.

Since seeing the Britney Spears episode on Glee, I have been listening to her singles album in the car non-stop.

flipped out today

I flipped out today. Normally I am very organized and remember where I put things. One of my girlfriend's was over. We were talking about vacations. She wanted to see photos from my last cruise. I have been a little behind on getting the photos developed and off my camera. I have all the photos on the same disk all the way back from August 2009. So I grabbed my laptop where I had last seen my memory card. It wasn't there. Then I looked in the camera. It wasn't there either. I started flipped out. I searched in the basement, had my husband flip the couches, in my bedroom, the kitchen, the office, and the dining room. I couldn't find it anywhere. Finally Dave came upstairs and found it in te crack of the chair I was sitting in earlier. I really have no idea how it got there.
On the agenda for tomorrow is copying all my photos to a free internet site (any suggestions) and to my external hard drive.

Wine Wednesday

I have no idea where I got this wine, but I am in love with it. I love fruity, sweet wines. I am not a big fan of anything to dry. This is my new favorite if I could only figure out where I bought it from.

We got bees

I love the fall weather we are having. I am not loving what is coming along with it. Since it is getting cold outside all the bugs are trying to find a place to hide. I have had a fly in the truck for 3 days now, why hasn't it died yet.
While doing homework this morning I looked out the window and the basement and saw 3 bees flying around. I grab the fly swatter and a chair (so I can reach the window). I open the blinds and this is what I see.

Where the heck did they all come from. I killed atleast 10 before I left for work. When Dave got home from work he forgot he was suppose to look to see where they were coming from until it was dark out. So we will be doing that tomorrow.
Anyone else having bee problems?

County Fair

This week is our local County Fair. It is one of the largest in the area. It is always so much fun. We try to atleast go once a year. My husband, my sister and I went last night after we all got off work. We walked around and looked at all the animals.

After looking at all the animals we had an "Oh Boy". They are to die for. It is a special treat when you go to the fair. Their is a local restaurant too, but I have never been there.

I also ended up eating half of Dave's gyro. It was my first time ever having a gyro. It was really good. That may just have to be my new go to fair food. Before we left I also had a hot apple dumpling with ice cream.

It is always nice to go to the fair and run into old friends. I briefly talked with a girl I use to work with and an old friend from 7th grade.

Off to go do some more homework, college is back in session.

I'm Back

Wow it has been a long time since I have posted here. A lot has happened in the past few months. Where do I start.
- I have been lazy a lot. I haven't slacked on blogging, house work, yard work, and cooking. I need to get my butt back in gear and get stuff done.
- I had a quarter life crisis before my birthday. I wanted to ride in a convertible and on the back of a crotch rocket. I got the convertible ride but not the bike.
- I turned 25. and had a surprise birthday party.
- My husband, Dave and I had a 2 year anniversary.
- Dave had his birthday also.
- I switched jobs, same company different location and different franchisee. and a lot less drama.
- Dave also switched jobs. He is still a mechanic but is now back to working for Ford.

I know a lot more has happened. I just can't think of any of it right now. I will photo some photos later today of whats been going on.

Ewww

I hate bugs with a passion. If they are outside, they are fine but don't bother me. Now if you're in my house you're gonna die. The other morning, first thing. I was barely awake, my contacts were still foggy (I sleep in them) I see something crawling on my pants while I am in the bathroom. I blink and see one of these:

Eww I hate house centipedes. When I use to live in the duplex they were everywhere. They would come out of the shower and crawl on you. Then we sprayed and they went away. Looks like we are going to have to do this at the new house now. Lets refraze that, I will have to spray and get ride of them.
My other EWWW of the day is the bathroom sink. My hair is getting caught in the drain so now the water is going down very slowly. I tried to use a paper clip to get the hair out. There is way to much hair stuck down there. I got out quite a bit but the water is still slow at going down. I need to take the stopped out of the sink and clean it that way. I called my father to figure out how to do this and tried my hardest to get the screw un-done I just have enough muscle. Hopefully I can talk Dave into loosing it for me tonight.
