Busy Bee

Where has this week gone. I can't believe it is already Friday. Easter is in two days, yipee. A day off finially. I haven't had a day off since last Sunday. On Wednesday work was crazy busy. I did 36 haircuts in 8 hours. That is a lot. On a normal 8 hour shift I will do between 20 to 26. On a real busy day at most 32. Also on Wednesday morning before I went to work I saw this out in my back yard. I had to double look. We live in the city, on a main road.

Thursday was a gorgeous day outside. There was a high of 82 degrees outside. I worked until only 4:30 was scheduled til 5, but after sitting there for an hour without any power, and you can't do clipper cuts with power, I got sent home. I came home, started doing some yard work, and got my bike ready to go for a ride. When my husband got home he helped me with some yard work, we pulled out a tree that was dead at the end of the driveway. Then he went for a bike ride with me. After 10 minutes I was done. I am really out of shape. Here are some photos of the yard work we were doing.

Today is also a beautiful day outside. I work the shitty schedule, a split shift from 9 to 1, then 5 to 9. This little time in the middle I am getting things done around the house and rest to go back to another busy evening. Hope everyone is having a great week. Also have a Happy Easter.
