Sausage Gravy

I don't usually make breakfast for dinner, but it sounded so good. I also don't get anything with sausage very often since my husband won't eat it so I don't normally make it. He wasn't home so I didn't have to worry about feeding him.
This was my first time making sausage gravy but it turned out pretty good. I didn't have any biscuits so I used croissants, but it worked just as well.

1 package of biscuits
1 pound sausage
1 stick of butter
4 cups milk
6 tablespoons flour

- Bake biscuits according to directions.
- Brown sausage in a frying pan, break up sausage in small pieces.
- Melt butter.
- Add flour to thicken.
- Add in milk.
- Stir all together.
- Serve
