This week has been a very bad week. I know I didn't lose any weight since I didn't do anything. I did not stick with any of my goals. Things have been so crazy and hectic. I only had one day off and so much to do... I know no excuses.
I only did 40 minutes of exercise when my goal was 130.
I missed 1 day of drinking 40 ounces of water.
I didn't eat a salad at work.
And I didn't do well with not eatting after 10 pm.
I also had Red Lobster, Arby's, Wendy's, Chic Fil A, and McDonalds all this week.
I am going to keep the same goals as last week.
- Exercise Goal 140 minutes
- Drink 40 ounces of water a day
- Eat one salad at work for dinner a week
- No More eatting after 10 pm
