Under the Weather- Weekly Weigh In- and Life update

I have been a little under the weather the last few days. Nothing to major just sinus pressure, runny nose that switches over to being stuffed, and a headache. I had off today so I am taking today to relax for the most part. I did get up and do some cleaning that needed done.

Since not feeling well I haven't had much of an appetite. I am back to my starting weight. yaya. Now I just have to keep up with losing it.
- I did Jillian 2 out of 7 days this week.
- The treadmill hasn't been touched since it needs fixed. I tried fixing it earlier today and it didn't help.
- I had fast food only yesterday. Arby's has the fish back for a while.
- I went out to Olive Garden one day with my sister.
- I had one bowl of salad this week.
I am keeping teh same goals for next week.

Last but not least my life update. I went to the OBGYN on Monday for my annual exam. The office that I go to for your annual you just see the nurse practioner (female), everything else you see the OB, or the OBGYN. Everything looks good as far as I know I will get the results next week or so. While there I discussed that we are trying to conceive. My period is late, but I am not pregnant (took a test at office). I have been charting my basal temperature every morning on TCOYF and took the chart with me. The nurse looked at it and said everything looked normal. I just have an extended cycle which can be normal or caused by our move. She suggested that I keep chartig and trying. Also recommended to take pre-natals every day (which I already do). While there I also had blood drawn to check my thyriod and something else, I forgot what. She wanted to make sure my levels were normal/ If I am not pregnant by April or May to schedule an appoint with the OBGYN to schedule an appointment to discuss fertility tests. Time will only tell of what we have to do.

Hope you feel better! I have an appointment to get my thyroid checked in a couple of weeks. Just to make sure everything is okay!

How are you liking TCOYF? That was my baby-making bible! I also had extended cycles-- about 5-6 weeks on average. They were so annoying, but if you are good about charting, it IS possible to get PG! Keep your positive attitude, and B*E*L*I*E*V*E-- it will happen for you!
