Dragway 42

The guys have less that 2 weeks to get the mustang ready for Pinks at Summit Racepark on the 28th of this month. They still have a lot of work ahead of them. This past Tuesday we took the car up to Dragway 42, another local dragstrip for test and tune to see how things would go. To say the least things did not go well. First the tack didn't work, then it was over heating, then it lost power, and then  it wouldn't stay in gear. It was a long night.

While the guys were working on the car, I was in the stands watching the other cars going down the strip. I love drag racing. I wish we had a drag car I could race. There was a new camero, I am so in love with them. Well was in love with them until this guy lost to a truck. It was a hit in the face. He did win all the other races after that though and was running 13 and 14 seconds in a quarter mile.

There was also an older cougar up there. My husband loves his cougars. It only ran 17's though.

Look at the power in the yellow mustang. He lifted the front tires off the ground.

I can't wait to go back.
